Scope
ALMA WhatsApp API processes account, configuration, messaging metadata, webhook and operational data needed to provide the service.
Data we process
This can include account identity information, WhatsApp Business identifiers, encrypted provider credentials, message data needed to route communications, API usage, delivery status and security logs.
Meta and WhatsApp
Messages are transmitted through the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to Meta/WhatsApp terms and policies.
Security
Meta tokens are encrypted at rest and API keys are stored as irreversible hashes.
Deletion
Users may request deletion using the process published on the Data Deletion page.
